If you do not have insurance, we will help you get enrolled so your care is covered. Either way, you pay nothing out of pocket for PrEP through our program.

Our Virtual PrEP Clinic

Health Plus Indiana runs a Virtual PrEP Clinic, which means you can meet with our team from the comfort of your own home. The virtual clinic is available on Fridays. This makes it easier than ever to get started, no matter where you live in Indiana.

Every person in our PrEP program gets a dedicated PrEP Coordinator. This is a real person who knows your name, checks in with you, and makes sure you have everything you need to stay on track. You are never just a number here.

How It Works

Starting PrEP at Health Plus Indiana is simple. Here is what to expect:

• Step 1: A Quick Conversation — We will ask you a few questions to see if PrEP is a good fit for you. This is a relaxed, judgment-free chat.
• Step 2: HIV Test and Lab Work — Before starting PrEP, we need to make sure you are HIV-negative. We will run a quick HIV test and some basic blood work.
• Step 3: Regular Check-Ups — Once you start PrEP, you will have a check-up every 3 months. These visits keep you healthy and make sure the medicine is working well for you.
