Our Street Outreach and Harm Reduction program works directly with individuals who are unhoused, working on the street, or facing other difficult circumstances. We do not wait for people to come to us. Instead, our outreach team goes into the community to offer support, supplies, and hope.

Who We Serve

Our harm reduction program focuses on people who face some of the greatest health risks in our community, including:

People experiencing homelessness — Living without stable housing makes it much harder to stay healthy. We do this by meeting people where they are — without judgment — and giving them the tools they need to stay safer.

We know that not everyone is ready for treatment right away, and that is okay. Harm reduction means helping people take small steps toward better health, no matter where they are in their journey.

Services We Provide

Harm reduction kits and supplies — We hand out kits that include items to help people stay safer and reduce the spread of disease.

Referrals to care — Our team can connect you with medical care, housing services, food assistance, and more.

Connection to testing and treatment — We help people access HIV and HCV testing, as well as treatment options if they need them.

Park clean-ups and needle collection — We work to keep our neighborhoods safe by collecting used needles and cleaning up public spaces. This protects everyone in the community.

How to Get Started

If you or someone you know could benefit from our outreach services, please reach out. You can call or visit any of the locations listed above. You do not need an appointment, insurance, or identification.
